My journey recovering from Post Viral Polyarthralgia has been both physically and emotionally challenging. Rebuilding strength and flexibility after the toll of the infection required more than just physical effort. Over time, I've made real progress, regaining strength I once thought was lost.
Recovering from Post Viral Polyarthralgia has been even more complex due to PTSD, which often makes strength-building feel like a challenge to my mental well-being. Madhu's exceptional approach has been transformative in this journey. Her deep empathy and emotional intelligence mean she truly understands her clients beyond their physical needs. Relieve pain from plantar fasciitis and regain mobility.
I was in immense pain due to a foot condition called Plantar Fasciitis. Simple movements, like standing up or taking a step after waking up, became difficult. Thanks to her, I'm back on my feet and dancing again.
As a dancer, it felt like a nightmare. However, with Madhu's private sessions, her immense patience, and my faith in her process, I was able to reclaim my routine and return to my dance classes.
